SWEET WINS AT LAWRENCEBURG; KUHN 10 IMW POINTS AHEAD OF HINES

Lawrenceburg, IN…….Brad Sweet of Grass Valley, Calif. led the final 26 laps of Saturday night’s 30-lap “Indiana Midget Week” feature at Lawrenceburg Speedway and ranks fifth in the new IMW standings going into Sunday night’s finale at Kokomo Speedway. Sweet trailed Jerry Coons Jr. for the first four laps, then led the rest of the way in his Mopar/Team ASE Spike/Speedway Mopar. Darren Hagen finished second ahead of Tracy Hines, Brad Kuhn and Levi Jones. Kuhn emerged as the Indiana Midget Week point leader by 10 over Hines, with Davey Ray third and Cole Whitt fourth going into the Kokomo finale.
