CLAUSON STARS IN “WESTERN WORLD” SPRINT 30-LAPPER

Peoria, AZ……..Bryan Clauson of Noblesville, IN is now the second winningest USAC driver ever in terms of single-season feature wins after scoring his 21st victory of the 2013 campaign. The win came in Saturday night’s USAC Southwest and West Coast Special Event Sprint race during the 46th “Western World Championships” at Canyon Speedway Park. He led the final 27 laps in his Tony Stewart/Curb-Agajanian Chevy Performance/Curb Records Beast/Kistler after passing Southwest Sprint Champion R.J. Johnson on lap four. Brady Bacon took second ahead of Chad Boespflug, Dave Darland and Tracy Hines. Johnson closed out the 2013 campaign as the Southwest Sprint Car Champion, finishing eighth in Saturday’s feature.
