CHAMPAGNE BEATS THE RAIN AT BEAR RIDGE
Bradford, VT……..Jeff Champagne of Westfield, Mass. beat the rain Saturday night at Bear Ridge Speedway, winning the 25-lap USAC DMA Midget features. Champagne trailed Vince Lucca for 22 laps, then led the last three for the win. Seth Carlson came in second ahead of Lucca, Scott Viets and Ray Miller.
