SPEEDWORLD QUARTER MIDGETS LATEST CLUB


TO JOIN USAC’S MOPAR .25 MIDGET FAMILY


The SpeedWorld Quarter Midget Club of Arizona, is the latest to join the growing family of USAC Mopar .25 Midget member clubs.  Headquartered on the grounds of SpeedWorld, in the city of Wittman, Ariz., the complex is home to many other entites such as Motocross Racing, Sand Drags, Mud Bogs, BMX, RC Airplanes, Paintball , and Drag Racing. The club will begin their inaugural season on October 5, 2012.


“We are excited to welcome the SpeedWorld club to USAC,” said Mopar .25 Midget Director, Kyle McCain. “We’ve put a lot into getting this club going,” said Chris Snyder. “We live in the Phoenix area, the 4th largest city in the US, and our goal is to get back to 100 car events. Together with Valley of the Sun, we intend to work hard in promoting quarter-midget racing in Arizona.


An Arrive and Drive event for the public will be held on September 15, 2012. Children will have the chance to experience 15 laps in a Quarter Midget for just $20.


SAVE the DATE for the 1st Annual “Thanksgiving Classic” on November 22 – 25, 2012. Join other families for practice and Turkey Dinner and celebrate the holiday!
