MIDGETS INVADE PLYMOUTH DIRT TRACK FOR 2 NIGHTS

"MIDGET MAYNIA" INVADES PLYMOUTH DIRT TRACK FOR 2 NIGHTS

Darren Hagen has the only Honda USAC National Midget victory ever posted at Plymouth (Ind.) Speedway, the host of this week’s back-to-back Friday and Saturday night "Midget Maynia" races.

Hagen, who leads the 2015 Honda USAC National standings, scored a spectacular last-lap victory over Kyle Hamilton at Plymouth in 2012 when the track was paved. This year will be different, as the track surface is now dirt!

Tracy Hines, whose USAC Triple Crown resume lacks only a National Midget title, is just eight points behind Hagen in the standings entering this week’s races. Hines was the second fastest qualifier and finished third in that 2012 feature at Plymouth.
