SATURDAY’S CIRCUS CITY USAC REGIONAL MIDGET EVENT CANCELED
Peru, Indiana (September 29, 2021)………The upcoming USAC Midwest Regional Midget event at Peru, Indiana's Circus City Raceway has been canceled. The show was originally scheduled for Saturday night, October 2.
The season resumes on Friday night, October 15, with the Kokomo Klash at Indiana’s Kokomo Speedway.
The series’ campaign concludes the following week on Friday night, October 22, during the 3rd annual Fall Festival of Speed at Gas City (Ind.) I-69 Speedway.
Chett Gehrke (Broken Arrow, Okla.) leads the title race by 26 points over Bryan Stanfill (Bakersfield, Calif.). Gehrke is the defending series champion.
