INDIANAPOLIS - Indiana Donor Network, the organ recovery organization for 85 of Indiana’s 92 counties, announced that it is continuing its partnership with Clauson-Marshall Racing to promote organ, tissue and eye donation and transplantation through the Driven2SaveLives campaign for the 2019 race season.

Driven2SaveLives, which launched in 2016 around the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500, has been involved in dirt track racing with the hopes of registering fans to become donors in honor of Bryan Clauson since January 2017. Since then, the campaign has raised awareness and encouraged over 1,000 people to register their donation decisions through their partnership with Clauson-Marshall Racing and sponsorship of various dirt track related events.

Kellie Hanner, Indiana Donor Network president and chief executive officer, stated, “The Driven2SaveLives campaign is an increasingly visible symbol for the donation message both here in Indiana and throughout the nation. We are excited to advance our partnership with Clauson-Marshall Racing to continue educating race fans, registering donors and ultimately saving lives.”

Returning to the Clauson-Marshall Racing midget stable in 2019 is Zeb Wise. Wise transitioned from a development driver to full-time competitor in 2018 and became the youngest ever USAC National Midget series winner, taking over the title from Bryan Clauson. The 16-year-old rising star will pilot the Clauson-Marshall Racing Driven2SaveLives #39BC in 2019.

Wise will continue to help the Indiana Donor Network and Driven2SaveLives raise awareness for organ, tissue and eye donation and transplantation, especially with the Indiana Donor Network youth registration initiative, as he competes for the NOS ENERGY DRINK USAC National Midget Series Championship.

Wise stated, “I am honored to continue racing with the Driven2SaveLives campaign. It is such an important cause, and I am looking forward to celebrating donor heroes like Bryan Clauson in the 2019 racing season.”
