USAC ILLINOIS MICRO CHALLENGE DEBUT SEASON POSTPONED FOR 2020

Speedway, Indiana (June 26, 2020)………The debut season for USAC’S Illinois Micro Challenge has been postponed for 2020 amidst the state’s restrictions regarding COVID-19.

The new series intended to contest a 12-race schedule throughout the Land of Lincoln, including a year-end point fund, in its inaugural campaign at Wayne County Speedway in Wayne City, Tri-City Speedway in Granite City as well as Coles County Speedway in Mattoon.

Featured divisions at each of the Illinois Micro Challenge events were to be the Winged 600 Outlaws, Non-Wing 600 Outlaws, A-Class, Restrictor and Junior Sprints.
