CLAUSON TAKES NIGHT 1 OF “DUEL IN DODGE CITY

 


Dodge City, KS……..USAC National Drivers Champion Bryan Clauson of Noblesville, Ind. won Friday night’s 30-lap :Duel in Dodge City” opener at Dodge City Raceway Park, taking the lead from Bobby East on lap 12 and never looking back. Trailing Clauson’s Tucker/BCI/Curb-Agajanian Parker Stone Spike/Esslinger Ford at the checkered flag were fast qualifier East, Brady Bacon, Darren Hagen and Gary Taylor. Hagen led the first eight laps and East led the next three before Clauson passed them both on lap 12. The two-night “Duel in Dodge City” concludes with another complete racing program for the Mopar USAC National Midgets on Saturday night at the 3/8-mile dirt oval.
