USAC MIDWEST THUNDER SPEED2 MIDGETS

Friday, June 4 at Gas City I-69 Speedway (Gas City, Indiana)

Gas City, Indiana………The USAC Midwest Thunder SpeeD2 Midgets are back in action at Indiana’s Gas City I-69 Speedway this Friday night, June 4.

Jacob Denney, Adam Taylor and Aaron Leffel each won with the series at Gas City in 2020, with Denney and Taylor both winning on two different occasions.

Stratton Briggs (Anna, Ohio) and Chett Gehrke (Broken Arrow, Okla.) are knotted up at the top of the standings.  Briggs won on May 14 at Ohio’s Limaland Motorsports Park while Denney captured the most recent round at U.S. 24 Speedway in Logansport, Ind. on May 29.

Sprint Cars, Modifieds, Street Stocks and Hornets are also on the event card.

General admission tickets are $15 with kids 12 and under admitted free.  Pit passes are $30.

Front gates open at 5pm EDT with hot laps / qualifying beginning at 6:30pm and racing at 7:30pm.

Saturday, June 5 at Bethany Speedway (Bethany, Missouri)

A USAC Wholesale Batteries Midwest Wingless Racing Association Sprint Car Show-Me State doubleheader weekend awaits competitors at Osborn, Missouri’s U.S. 36 Raceway on Friday, June 4, and at Bethany (Mo.) Speedway on Saturday, June 5.

Wesley Smith (Billings, Mo.) and reigning series champ Wyatt Burks (Topeka, Kan.) are equal at the top of the standings at 340 points.  However, both drivers are seeking their first victories of 2021.  Cody Baker (Lone Jack, Mo.) and Jack Wagner (Lone Jack, Mo.) have each won one apiece at Nevada Speedway and Double X Speedway, respectively.

Both nights of the Budweiser Shootout will feature the USAC MWRA Sprint Cars and URSS Winged Sprint Cars as well as the IMCA Sport Mods, Emods and Pure Stocks.

Both nights, pit gates open at 5pm CDT with grandstands opening at 6pm, hot laps at 7:30pm and racing at 8pm.

General admission tickets are $25 with kids age 7-12 $8, and children age 6 and under free.  Pit passes are $35.

Both races will be streamed live on www.RacinBoys.TV.

USAC RAPID TIRE EAST COAST SPRINT CARS PRESENTED BY CAPITOL CUSTOM TRAILERS

Friday, June 4 at Williams Grove Speedway (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania)

Saturday, June 5 at Lincoln Speedway (Abbottstown, Pennsylvania)

Williams Grove Speedway and Lincoln Speedway welcome the USAC Rapid Tire East Coast Sprint Cars Presented by Capitol Custom Trailers this Friday and Saturday night, June 4-5.

Friday’s Williams Grove appearance marks the second ever appearance for the series at the half-mile track in Mechanicsburg, Pa.  Three-time series champion Steven Drevicki (Reading, Pa.) captured the victory there in 2020, and also scored the series’ lone previous visit to Abbottstown, Pa.’s Lincoln Speedway in 2019, where the series is back this Saturday night.

Drevicki runs third in the standings behind point leader Briggs Danner (Allentown, Pa.) and Alex Bright (Collegeville, Pa.).  Danner has won three of the five races run this year while Bright has been victorious in the other two.

At Williams Grove, racing action will also consist of the Lawrence Chevrolet 410 Sprint Cars.  Gates will open at 5:30pm EDT with race time set for 7:30pm.  General admission tickets are $20 with students ages 13-20 admitted for just $10.  Kids ages 12 and under are always admitted for free at Williams Grove Speedway.

For Lincoln, the ARDC Midgets and winged 410 Sprint Cars will also compete.  General admission tickets are $20 with students $10.  Pit passes are $30.  Pits open at 5pm EDT with grandstands opening at 5:30pm.  Watch the races at Lincoln live on FloRacing.

USAC WESTERN STATES MIDGETS

Saturday, June 5 at Ventura Raceway (Ventura, California)

Ventura, California………This Saturday, June 5th, the “mighty midgets” of the USAC Western States will battle at Ventura Raceway (Ventura, CA) for the 150th time in series history.

Promoted by Jim Naylor, the fifth point race will also showcase the California Lightning Sprints, WMR Western Midgets, VRA Hobby Stocks, and NMRA TQ Midgets.

The Pit Gates will open at Noon PDT, the Front Gates will open at 3:00pm, and Racing at “The Best Little Dirt Track in America” is set for 5:30pm.

USAC DMA SPEED2 MIDGETS

Saturday, June 5 at Bear Ridge Speedway (Bradford, Vermont)

Bradford, Vermont………The USAC Dirt Midget Association season gets back to it this Saturday night, June 5, at Bear Ridge Speedway in Bradford, Vermont.

Reigning champ Seth Carlson (Stafford, Conn.) leads the standings, but remains on the hunt for victory number one during the 2021 season.

Will Hull (Plainfield, Vt.) raced his way to the opening night victory on May 8 while Joe Krawiec (Granby, Conn.) jumped into the win column on May 22.

Pits open at 3pm eastern with gates opening at 5pm and racing at 6pm.  Adult tickets are $12 with kids aged 11 and under just $2.  The age 62 and over crowd is $10.  Pit passes are $30 for members and $35 for non-members.

USAC EASTERN SPEED2 MIDGETS

Saturday, June 5 at Dominion Raceway (Spotsylvania, Virginia)

Spotsylvania, Virginia………The lone stop for the USAC Eastern SpeeD2 Midgets in the month of June arrives this Saturday night, June 5, at Dominion Raceway in Spotsylvania, Virginia.

Jessica Bean (Farmland, Ind.) celebrated the victory at Dominion in 2020 en route to her fourth consecutive series title and leads the standings by a slim one-point margin over Hunter Wise (Allentown, Pa.) coming in.

Wise won the second of the double feature night at Veterans Motorplex in Greenbrier, Tenn. on May 15.  The first leg was scored Sam Mazzo (Burns, Tenn.).  Three-time series titlist Chris Lamb (Colfax, N.C.) won the most recent foray to Virginia, at Shenandoah, on April 10.

The GEICO Insurance Agent Fredericksburg, VA LMSC are also in action as well as the Truckin Thunder Virginia Racers, ALCOVA Mortgage Fredericksburg Mini Stocks, Absolutely Amish Structures Anycar, the ALCOVA Mortgage Fredericksburg Legends and Bandoleros.
