DRIVERS TAKE NOTE: AHEAD OF THE GAME SEMINAR SERIES

DRIVERS TAKE NOTE: AHEAD OF THE GAME SEMINAR SERIESMAY 20 IN INDIANAPOLIS, JULY 22 IN JOLIETDrivers pursuing a career in motorsports should take note: U/S Sports Advisors is offering a unique seminar, the Ahead of the Game Seminar Series – Motorsports Edition – which could change your life and your status in the motorsports industry. The seminars will take place in Indianapolis, Ind., and Joliet, Ill. and will present key concepts for drivers to immediately apply to their careers. Success in today’s motorsports field demands not only talent behind the wheel but a keen sense of communications and diplomacy. What happens away from the race track is often as important as what happens on it. Timing is a key and personal relationships play a huge part in determining a driver’s success or failure. Located in Carmel, Ind., U/S/ Sports Advisors conducts the seminars for drivers 16 years of age and up and parents of talented young drivers preparing for a racing career. The Indianapolis seminar is scheduled Wednesday, May 20, from 10 am to 2 pm in Parlor A of the Brickyard Crossing at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It’s Community Day at IMS and the garages will be open to people of all ages. General admission for Community Day ($7) is not included, but not required for the Brickyard Crossing. The Joliet seminar is Wednesday, July 22 from 2 to 6 pm at the Autobahn Country Club, Members Club. This is move-in day at nearby Chicagoland Speedway for the Star Mazda and Formula Atlantic Series. Led by U/S Sports Advisors President Ken Ungar, the seminars include materials developed over many years through collaboration with athletes, teams, Agents, sponsors, the media and others. Ungar, who in 2007 published Ahead of the Game: What Every Athlete Needs to Know About Sports Business, has business expertise highlighted on ABC World News Tonight, Good Morning America, ESPN News, Fox Business News, CNBC, Sports Illustrated and the Sports Business Journal. Topics will include “How to define and communicate your personal brand,” promoting your career and finding your sponsors and question and answer sessions will allow interaction with the instructor.aheadofthegameseminar.com
