HUNT ANXIOUS FOR ROSEVILLE SPRINT RETURN SATURDAY

USAC AMSOIL Western Sprint Car point leader Tony Hunt continues his pursuit of a sixth USAC driving championship this Saturday when the series returns to All American Speedway in Roseville, Calif.

Hunt, a three-time Western Sprint Champ, has a 16-point lead over 2008 USAC Rocky Mountain Sprint Champion JoJo Helberg going into the race at the track where he won the series opener in April.

Helberg also owns a 2010 victory, at Anderson, Calif. in April, as does 2005 series champ Kody Swanson, who won at Stockton, Calif. a week ago.

Hunt has 27 career Western Sprint victories but Swanson is the one who holds the 1-lap track qualifying record at Roseville at 12.180, set last year.
