TRACY, WINCHESTER & PERRIS SPRINTS OFFER EARL'S POINTS;
DARLAND (2), COONS & HUNT EARN TOP QUALIFIER HONORS
Four races offer Earl's Fast Qualifier Championship points this week. The Western Sprint and Midget races at Tracy, Calif. Saturday, plus Saturday's CRA Sprint race at Perris, Calif. and Sunday's National Sprint race at Winchester, Ind. are all involved.
Dave Darland, Jerry Coons Jr. and Tony Hunt earned top qualifying honors last weekend. Darland set fast time for both the National Sprint and Mopar National Midget series at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, while Coons was the fastest K & N Silver Crown qualifier at Rossburg. Hunt was the fastest qualifier for the Western Sprint race at All American Speedway in Tracy, Calif.

Earl's Performance Plumbing, a division of Holley Performance Products of Bowling Green, Kentucky, is the sponsor of the "Earl's Performance Plumbing Fast Qualifier Championship." Earl's will present year-end cash awards to the drivers finishing in the 1st, 2nd & 3rd positions of the "Earl's Fast Qualifier Championships.
