WISE CLAIMS LAWRENCEBURG PRIZE

Lawrenceburg, IN…….Josh Wise of Riverside, Calif. led the final eight laps to win Saturday night’s 30-lap USAC National Sprint Car race at the Lawrenceburg Speedway. Wise took the lead from Brad Sweet exiting the second turn on lap 23 in his Indiana Underground Construction Maxim/Chevy. Levi Jones grabbed second from Sweet on the final lap, with Chad Boat and series point leader Dave Darland rounding out the “top five” at the checkered flag. Wise was also Saturday’s fastest qualifier.
