WEST COAST SPRINTS INVADE KINGS SPEEDWAY


The USAC West Coast Sprint Cars are headed for Hanford, Calif. this Saturday for a race at Kings Speedway, with Bud Kaeding holding a 66-point lead over Ryan Bernal in the latest standings.


Bernal and Kaeding have accounted for the two feature victories at Kings so far this season. Danny Sheridan, Markus Niemela, Matt Mitchell and Richard Vander Weerd have also earned “podium” finishes in series competition at the three-eighths mile dirt oval.


Other drivers with 2012 USAC West Coast Sprint wins this season are Kyle Larson (two) and Cory Kruseman.
