KOKOMO INDIANA SPRINT WEEK RACE POSTPONED TO TUESDAY, JULY 24

Kokomo, Indiana………Persistent precipitation has rained out Round 2 of NOS Energy Drink “Indiana Sprint Week” at Kokomo Speedway.

The event has been postponed to Tuesday, July 24 at the Kokomo dirt oval.  Cars will hit the track at 6:45pm.

The 31st annual NOS Energy “Indiana Sprint Week” continues Sunday, July 22 at Lawrenceburg Speedway.  Monday is idle as the USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Cars prepare for Tuesday’s run at Kokomo.  Wednesday, July 25, the teams head to the Terre Haute Action Track before rounding out the schedule Thursday, July 26 at Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville, Friday, July 27 at Bloomington Speedway and Saturday, July 28 at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt.

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma’s Brady Bacon won the ISW opener Friday night at Plymouth Speedway.  He leads the points by three over Chris Windom, Dave Darland, Justin Grant and Tyler Courtney.
