4-WAY ROCKY MOUNTAIN SPRINT BATTLE CONTINUES SATURDAY


Four drivers are locked in a tight battle for the 2009 USAC Young Automotive Rocky Mountain Sprint Car championship. They resume their quest this Saturday night at Rocky Mountain Raceways in Salt Lake City, Utah, with a 40-lap feature event on tap.


 


Only 36 points separate Mike Murgoitio, Jim Waters, Ryan Burdett and Brian McClish in the current standings, with 76 available Saturday.


 


Murgoitio has two wins and a second in four starts this season. Waters has a pair of seconds and Burdett a pair of third, while McClish has a second and three other “top-10s” so far.
