2012 Registration Information

REGISTER ONLINE: 2012 Registration is closed. 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: *January 31, 2012

Before registering, it is mandatory to read the 2012 rule book as well as all of the competitor bulletins.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS/PROCEDURE

Click here to register online using a credit card for all divisions/classes(except RMVR). Once the office receives your request for entry and payment of fees, PPIHC will start the “acceptance” phase of the process. Staff will review the information and notify you within 10 business days of receipt as to the status of your application.

The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb application procedure consists of several steps that must be completed before the applicant can be accepted to compete:

1. Review the Deadlines & Fees associated with your division or class so you are aware of the differences and the total cost associated with your application deadlines.  

2. Read the 2012 Rule Book.

3. Request for Invitation

If you are unable to register online, the Request for Invitation is available in a PDF form (upon request) that allows you to fill out each field from your computer.  After you have completed the Request for Invitation form you mail email, mail or fax it to the PPIHC office.   

Please follow these instructions when filling out the Request for Invitation. The Race Committee will not review any requests that are not complete or inaccurate. 

- Applications that do not include race history will not be reviewed for acceptance.

- Applications typed in ALL CAPITALS will NOT be accepted.

- All fields on the application pertaining to your class or division must be complete as well as your personal information, date of birth, insurance etc.

- Upon request, you may be required to provide a photo of your vehicle.

  4. Payment

- Make sure to complete the credit card information as your entry will not be accepted until payment is received. 

- If your application is not accepted by the race committee, your money will be refunded.

The Physical Examination Form needs to be completed and signed by your physician.  If you have a current license from another sanctioning body, ie. SCCA, FIA, you will not need to complete the Physical Examination Form.  You will be asked to show proof of this document at registration.

COMPETITOR MEDIA FORMS
(If accepted, the following items are due prior to April 15, 2012 to guarantee that they will be in the 2012 PPIHC program)

1. Media Form (due April 15, 2012)

2. Photograph (due April 15, 2012)
E-mail or mail one current head shot that is a minimum of 2" X 2".  You can submit photos via e-mail to slehmpuhl@ppihc.com or mail them to the address below.  Photos are not needed for co-driver/riders.  

RACEWEEK/REGISTRATION

(To be submitted during race week registration)

1. Medical Insurance

All drivers/riders must have medical insurance at the time of any PPIHC sanctioned event to participate.  Copies of proof of insurance must be provided at registration.   

2. Driver’sLicense

All drivers/riders must have a current driver’s license.  Copies of licenses will be made at registration.
