| 12:00pm | Sign-Ins Open (Pill draw for Practice/Heat order and receive Information packet) Parking will be a first come first serve basis. There will be no saving spots. Each race team will be given one FREE parking spot, size is 10’ x 40’ Additional 10’ x 40’ spots can be purchased for $60.00 |
| 5:00pm | Sign-Ins closed – Those that do not draw will have a number drawn for them. Safety Check |
| Wed, July 7 | Practice & Heat Races |
| 7:00am | Gates Open All cars must have a USAC Safety Check, No Exceptions |

Practice (1 Round) Practice will rotate by division (2minutes per session) Heat Races (15 Laps or 10 minute time limit) |

| Thur, July 8 | Heat Races and Lower Mains |

| 8:00am | Resume any unfinished heat races
Lower Mains (time permitting) 25 Laps or 15 Minute Time Limit |

| Fri, July 9 | Lower Mains and A-Mains |
| 7:00am | Gates Open |
| 8:00am | Resume any unfinished lower mains 25 Laps or 15 Minute Time Limit A-Mains (time permitting) - 40 laps |
| 6:00pm | Gates close - all drivers, crew and families must exit IMS |
| Sat, July 10 | A-Mains and Victory Lane Ceremonies |
| 7:00am | Gates Open |
| 8:00am | A-Mains - 40 laps |
| 6:00pm | Gates close - all drivers, crew and families must exit IMS |
| Battle at the Brickyard Special Events for Families |
| Tuesday - July 6 Tour of Sarah Fisher Racing (IRL Race Team) 5pm - 7pm FREE |
| Wednesday - July 7 USAC Midget Racing - Indianapolis Speedrome Racing Starts at 7pm FREE Admission |
| Thursday - July 8 USAC Silver Crown and Regional Midgets - Illiana Racing Starts at 7:30 (Central Time) |
