“GENERATION NEXT TOUR” NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP FINALIZES AUGUST 6-8 RACE AT FLORIDA OVAL

The 2010 USAC “Generation Next Tour” National Championship calendar is now complete, with the announcement of the finalizing of the August 6-8 event at the Ambassador Racing School in Wimauma, Fla., home of the Tampa Bay Quarter Midget Racing Association.

The race, part of the 10-race National Championship calendar which also includes races at the “Brickyard” (Indianapolis, IN) and “Mickyard” (Orlando, Fla.), will offer points toward both the National titles and the six-race “East Coast Challenge” which includes races at three different facilities.

“Generation Next Tour” National Championship races are set at 10 facilities in six different states. The 2010 schedule is as follows:

3/27-28 – NCQMA Speedway, Salisbury, NC – March Midget Madness
4/10-11 – Metro Atlanta, Atlanta, GA – Eastern District Championship
5/8-9 – Orange Show Speedway, San Bernardino, CA – Western District Championship
6/5-6 – Kokomo Speedway, Kokomo, IN – Midwest District Championship
6/16-19 – Walt Disney World, Orlando, FL – “Mickyard”
7/6-10 – Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indianapolis, IN – “Battle at the Brickyard”
7/30-31 – Newton Park, Lakeville, IN – “Little Hoosier 100”
8/6-8 – Ambassador Racing School, Wimauma, FL
9/18-19 – Columbus Motor Speedway, Columbus, OH – “JEGS Crown”
9/25 – Eldora Speedway, Rossburg, OH – “Dirt Nationals”
