2-FOR-2 AT HAVASU: LAMB WINS AGAIN, TELLSTROM TAKES RADICAL TITLE

Lake Havasu, Arizona (November 12, 2022)………Chris Lamb put on a master class throughout the weekend at Arizona’s Havasu 95 Speedway.

On Saturday night, the Colfax, N.C. native repeated his victory from the night before to capture his second consecutive win in as many nights during the season finale for the USAC Radical SpeeD2 Midgets.

Saturday’s race was also a non-points special event for the USAC Eastern SpeeD2 Midgets.

Lamb took over the reins on the field, racing into the lead on lap 10 past early race leader Matt Elliott.  From there, Lamb led the remaining 41 circuits of the 50-lapper to score the win with Casey Tillman (Boise, Idaho) second, 1.127 seconds behind.

Fast qualifier and 2022 USAC Eastern SpeeD2 Midget champ Hunter Wise (Allentown, Pa.) came home third with Kyle Tellstrom (Boise, Idaho) fourth and A.J. Luttmer (Salt Lake City, Utah) rounding out the top-five.

Tellstrom wrapped up the season as the USAC Radical driving champion, finishing 75 points ahead of runner-up River Merrill in the final tally.
