DAKODA ARMSTRONG
Earned his first two career USAC national victories in 2024. In June at Wisconsin’s Madison International Speedway, he led his first career laps with the series, earned his first career top-five and his first victory in one fell swoop. In August, he became a two-time winner on the biggest track on the circuit, the 1.25-mile paved oval of WWT Raceway in Madison, Ill. While running second with two laps remaining, Kody Swanson’s engine suddenly expired. Despite running low on fuel, Armstrong fended off the field on a late restart to finish first once more. At age 13 in 2004, he scored the USAC Kenyon Midget championship. He won a 400-lap USAC Midget Special Event at Indiana’s Anderson Speedway in 2008. Also made 133 career NASCAR Xfinity Series starts. Was the 1998 World Karting Association national champion and the 2000 & 2001 NASCART champion. 2010 ARCA Stock Car Rookie of the Year.
