Kokomo, Indiana (June 7, 2025)………No, mother nature doesn’t lead the USAC Indiana Midget Week points. But with three consecutive victories, it certainly wouldn’t be out of the question!
That said, it’s Kale Drake at the top of the 2025 USAC Indiana Midget Week points entering the final round of the series on Sunday night, June 8, at Kokomo Speedway.
The Collinsville, Oklahoma native has finished first (Circle City) and third (Paragon) in his two Indiana Midget Week starts this week to lead the standings by a nine-point margin over Justin Grant. Karter Sarff is third (-13) with Kevin Thomas Jr. fourth (-20) and Wednesday’s Paragon winner Jacob Denney fifth (-26).
Mathematically, the top-17 drivers in the standings remain eligible to grab the IMW title. A maximum of 84 points are up for grabs.
USAC Indiana Midget Week continues with the finale of the series on Sunday night, June 8 at Kokomo Speedway. Pits and grandstands open at 3pm Eastern with the drivers meeting set for 5:30pm and cars on track at 6pm followed by qualifying and racing. Tickets and pit passes will be sold at the gate. General admission tickets are $30 & kids age 12 and under are free. Pit passes are $40 for all ages. Kokomo Sprint Cars are also on the event card.
USAC NOS Energy Drink Midget National Championship drivers are battling for a $30,000 point fund throughout the six-race series across the Hoosier state. The series champion will receive $15,000, with $6,000 going to second, $4,000 to third, $2,500 to fourth, $1,500 to fifth and $1,000 to sixth.
