JUNE 21 IS ENTRY DEADLINE FOR 2010 “BATTLE AT THE BRICKYARD”


Participants who have qualified for invitations to this year’s “Battle at the Brickyard” USAC Mopar .25 Midget Nationals have until next Monday, June 21, to file their entries online at www.usacracing.com.


 


Invitations are out to all participants in the three “district championship” events held at Metro Atlanta in Braselton, Ga. April 10-11, the Orange Show in San Bernardino, Calif. May 8-9 and at Kokomo, Ind. June 5-6.


 


The July 6-10 “Battle at the Brickyard” is held on a track in the shadow of the famed Pagoda in the infield of the “World’s Greatest Race Course.”


 


After the June 21 deadline has passed, entries can be filed for any remaining spots that need to be filled for the event. For those who have not run a qualifying event there will be an additional fee.


 


No less than 10 different states from the East Coast to the West Coast are repsented in the drivers who have already earned invitations to the “Battle at the Brickyard.’
