FRIDAY'S TULARE WEST COAST SPRINT RACE RAINED OUT; SATURDAY STILL A GO!

Friday night's USAC West Coast Sprint Car race at Thunderbowl Raceway in Tulare, Calif. has been rained out. Saturday night's racing action in Tulare featuring the West Coast Sprints is still on as scheduled. Spectator gates open at 4:00pm with hot laps set to begin at 5:00pm.  Qualifying gets underway at 6:00pm and racing is scheduled for 7:00pm.

Danny Faria, Jr. opens his title defense this weekend at the 1/3-mile, high-banked clay oval.  He was one of five USAC Sprint winners in Tulare last year along with Bud Kaeding, Richard Vander Weerd, Matt Mitchell and Ryan Bernal, who scored twice in 2015.

Saturday’s USAC West Coast event at Tulare will be broadcast LIVE on http://dirtvision.com/.
