HODGES BEATS GARDNER IN LAST-LAP PERRIS CRA THRILLER

Perris, CA……..Josh Hodges of Tijeras, N.M. stole victory from Damion Gardner on the final lap of Saturday night’s “So-Cal Showdown” USAC/CRA AMSOIL Sprint race at Perris Auto Speedway. Gardner had led from lap 10 when he passed Richard Vander Weerd for the lead. Gardner finished second ahead of Brody Roa, Vander Weerd and R.J. Johnson. Hodges and Roa emerged from the race tied for the series point lead.
