COTTLE CRUISES TO ISW PROSOURCE PASSING MASTER LEAD
Gas City, Indiana (July 24, 2020)………Following his charge from his 21st starting spot to 7th in Friday night’s USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car feature at Gas City I-69 Speedway, Shane Cottle (Kansas, Ill.) has taken the early lead of the ProSource Passing Master points for the 33rd annual NOS Energy Drink Indiana Sprint Week.
With one of seven rounds complete, Cottle holds the lead with 14 positions advanced over Thomas Meseraull’s 8, Justin Grant’s 7 and the 6 accrued by both Carson Short and Matt Westfall.
At the end of the week, the driver who advances the most total positions from his or her feature starting spot throughout the entirety of ISW will receive $500 as the ProSource Passing Master. Provisional starters each night are ineligible to receive points toward the passing master total.
Indiana Sprint Week continues with round two of the series on Saturday, July 25 at Kokomo Speedway. Advance ticket entry opens at 3pm ET with walk-up entry beginning at 4pm. Hot Laps are scheduled for a 6:30pm start.
Tickets for all Indiana Sprint Week events are available while supplies last exclusively at www.usactickets.com. Adult general admission tickets for Kokomo are $25 while kids 12 and under are free. Pit passes are $30 apiece (all ages).
