Toledo, Ohio (July 26, 2022)………Sam Pierce Racing officials have announced that USAC NOS Energy Drink Midget National Championship standout Kaylee Bryson will drive the No. 26 AP Driver Development / Sam Pierce Chevrolet.com / LSI Racing USAC Silver Crown Chevy at Ohio’s Toledo Speedway on Saturday night, August 6.

Toledo’s Hemelgarn Racing/Super Fitness Rollie Beale Classic Fueled by Marco’s Pizza will mark the Muskogee, Oklahoma native's first ever open wheel race on pavement.

The pavement debut follows her USAC Silver Crown debut at Pennsylvania’s Port Royal Speedway with Sam Pierce Racing in June where she laid down just one lap in practice before catastrophic engine failure ended the evening’s effort due to an oil pump failure.

Bryson tested on the pavement in June at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park where she wheeled SPR’s Sprint Car and Midget Car.

Bryson has had an impressive season on the dirt and is currently seventh in USAC National Midget points, a mere 33 points behind fifth place Cannon McIntosh.  She is “super pumped up” to begin her pavement career with Sam Pierce Racing equipment.

The USAC Silver Crown National Championship will joined by racing from both the Late Model Sportsman and Factory Stocks, while Vintage Race Cars will also be on display.

Gates open at 4:30pm Eastern with racing beginning at 7pm.

Tickets are $25, kids 6-12 are $5, while ages 5 and under are free.  Add $1 per ticket for online ticket purchases at http://www.toledospeedway.com/.
