PATRICK BRUNS INJURY UPDATE
Rossburg, Ohio………Patrick Bruns was involved in an accident during Saturday night’s USAC Silver Crown qualifying session at the 36th “4-Crown Nationals” at Eldora Speedway.
Following the crash, he was transferred to Wayne Hospital in Greenville, Ohio for further evaluation. Bruns was diagnosed with a fractured foot and received a cut on the bottom of his foot that received stitches.
Monday morning, the Champaign, Illinois native will have surgery on his foot at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Bruns remains in good spirits despite the accident. USAC wishes Patrick a speedy recovery.
