PERSISTENT RAIN FORCES GAS CITY CANCELLATION
Gas City, IN........Persistent rain showers and inclement weather have conspired to force cancellation of Friday night's USAC Midwest Ford Focus race at the Gas City I-69 Speedway. The Midwest series is scheduled to continue Saturday night at Montpelier (Ind.) Motor Speedway.
