6 STATES HOST 7 IGNITES THIS WEEK!

CLOUSE, RABER, SWANSON, PETERSON GRAB WINS

The busiest Honda USAC Ignite Midget racing week of the year unfolds this week, with seven events in six different states on tap!

Gage Walker leads the Midwest Dirt series to a trio of races, beginning with Friday night’s race at Gas City (Ind.) I-69 Speedway. Saturday’s race is at Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville, Ind. and Sunday’s race is at the Vermilion County Speedway in Danville, Ill.

Chris Lamb sits atop the Eastern standings entering races Friday at Ace Speedway in Altamahaw, N.C. and Saturday at Hickory (N.C.) Motor Speedway

Cory Elliott leads the Western Dirt series to Santa Maria (Calif.) Speedway Saturday and Chase Goetz in the Washington Dirt point leader entering Saturday’s race at Skagit Speedway in Alger.

USAC Honda Midwest Ignite Midget point leader Cooper Clouse of Ohio City, Ohio won Friday night’s “Battle of the Border 1” 30-lap feature event at Illiana Motor Speedway. He took the lead in his Peterbilt of NW Ohio/Hawk Chassis on lap five from Gage Walker and led the final 26 laps to beat Wil Raber, Austin Nemire, Natasha Cox and Cordy Horn.

Wil Raber of Otsego, Mich. led the final 21 laps to win Saturday night’s “Battle on the Border 2” Honda USAC Midwest Pavement Ignite feature at Grundy County Speedway. He led the opening lap in his Scott’s Sports Cards/Checker Communications Spike, then passed Cooper Clouse on lap five to take the final lead. Clouse was second ahead of fast qualifier Austin Nemire, Natasha Cox and Gage Walker.
