Currently second in points is 23-year-old Taylor Reimer.  During her first full year of USAC NOS Energy Drink Midget National Championship competition in 2022, her season was a success as she finished 10th in the final series point standings.  Fellow competitor Kaylee Bryson took seventh, making this the first time that multiple women have appeared inside the top-10 of the final standings.  Back in May of 2023 at Missouri’s Sweet Spring Motorsports Complex, she earned a career best series finish of fourth.

Tied with Reimer in the second position in Car IQ Fab Four points is 22-year-old Kaylee Bryson from Muskogee, Oklahoma.  No woman has reached the heights in USAC NOS Energy Drink Midget National Championship racing than Kaylee Bryson.  She led 18 laps and finished as the runner-up at Gas City (Ind.) I- 69 Speedway in October of 2022, equaling the best result by a woman in series history.  In October of 2022 at the Illinois State Fairgrounds, she became the first woman to lead a lap in the history of the USAC Silver Crown series.

ABOUT THE FAB FOUR COMPETITION:

The Fab Four competition begins with a preliminary qualification period that runs from April to June. Each driver will compete in their respective series with results calculated based on their average feature finishing position. These results will determine the top four drivers that will be invited to participate in the Fab Four Finals competition which will run from July to November. In order to be eligible for the competition, drivers must complete a minimum of five feature finishes over the course of the season.

The Fab Four competition also invites motor enthusiasts to support their favorite athletes through participation in The Fab Four voter sweepstakes.  The winner of the Fab Four will be determined by a combination of racing results and fan votes.   Each racer’s 2023 season's average feature finishing result will account for half of their competition standing with the other half coming from fan votes.

Fans will be able to cast their votes on the USAC website under the Fab Four landing page.  Voters will be entered into a sweepstakes with a chance to win an all-expense paid trip to the Turkey Night Grand Prix on November 25 at California’s Ventura Raceway to watch the final race and meet each of the Fab Four drivers.

For more information about the competition, please visit the Fab Four standings page on the USAC website.
